relocate Relocate is one possibility that also sprang to my mind. But without asking the author, it is a bit of a guessing game.

"omhuizing" is not usually applied to groups of persons, but mostly refers to some technical case/enclosure. In this case it may be used metaphorically as retaining (containing), holding on to, internal or external customer groups.
