So I just want to say, we shall not judge a person because we do not know the circumstances and I lived over 10 years in Russia, and I do not wish to take away anyone's piece of daily bread. Maybe the person is forced to hide his/her true identity because of taxes or who knows what. Maybe the boss on the workplace is forcing him/her to do this.
Maybe this is a secondary profile (in some countries you can translate only in the language which you have a degree in) or of course, maybe this is just a funny troll. Seriously, let's help and I promise to send him a letter or if you would like, just write here few sentences and I write the translation under it in Russian.

Never judge a book by its cover "Sorry if this offends anyone," not at all. I think declaring him/herself for a native Dutch then asking such questions may be considered as an abusive behavior. But as I am a "foreigner in the club", I think only you can report this.
However,
Let me say you something - hope the moderator will understand.
Few months ago I assigned someone a translation job to Russia via ProZ.com. The translation I received was excellent but the format was complately destroyed and I was really upset, so I tried to contact the translator and asked the person to correct the format - it was promised. I thought the file will quickly corrected but another day of silence passed .. I received an another file, even worse. I made two or three screenshot and call the person (I intentionally do not wish to say him/her to hide the true identity).

I sent the screenshots and I explained on the phone what is the mistake."
Ok, yes, I will, I do, Ok"
But I repeatedly asked "do you see the marks in the top of the page? and finally, after some silence a person stated
"No... I do not see. I cannot see. I am blind. I do not want to lose this job."

I made the corrections myself and paid the invoice right then.

Let's say in Russian if it helps Пожалуйста, приводите контехт к Вашим вопросам.
Please post context to your questions.

(I like to stick my nose to challenging languages but see my other entry. I think I was kind enough.)

"Please to translate" ??? So this is now number 5 in a row. And all with little more than "Please to translate". What is this, some kind of Russian translation bot?

And the list goes on...

Sorry if this offends anyone, but it looks like a Russian person (who speaks neither Dutch nor English) is "translating" Dutch into English, and asking endless dictionary-lookup questions. Perhaps an easy source of KudoZ points for us, but not very professional on their end.

At his/her "dam rond" question, Paramonol says "It's about door handle."??? the missing article is kind of a giveaway iyam.

Paramonol's profile says:

"Russian Federation

Barend van Zadelhoff Mar 8, 2017:
In this case... ...we would talk about a specific type of movement.

That is to say, the 'rolluikruk'.

Michael Beijer Mar 8, 2017:
of ze bedoelen "een ruk geven aan een rolluik" ;-)
Barend van Zadelhoff Mar 8, 2017:
Rolluikkruk Correct spelling:= rolluikkruk

kruk van een rolluik :-)
Michael Beijer Mar 8, 2017:
@Paramonol: You keep asking us about these various door handles, but what do you think it is, or might be, in English? Any ideas or thoughts?

This is a "rolluik": https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=Rolluik&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GBG...

This is a "deurkruk": https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=deurkruk&rlz=1C1CHBF_en-GB...

@Barend: wilde net precies hetzelfde schrijven: rolluikkruk!

handle for roller/revolving shutter or door

Guessing again:
rolluik = roller or revolving shutter/door
rolluikkruk = kruk van rolluik > door handle for roller or revolving shutter/door
bi = binnen > inside / indoor
L/R = links/rechts > left- or righthand mounting
pz > removable PZ Euro profile cylinder

Ergo: Rolluikruk bi L/R met pz > handle for roller/revolving shutter or door for left- or righthand inside/indoor mounting with removable PZ Euro profile cylinder

PS: A little more context would certainly be helpful...

Or rather: Rolluikruk bi L/R met pz > handle for roller/revolving shutter or door for left- or righthand inside/indoor mounting and removable PZ Euro profile cylinder lock fitting

agree writeaway : but guessing isn't really guessing when the person answering truly knows both languages and is an expert in the field. big difference to those for whom both languages are 100% foreign
