DOC a la derecha con hhi

Hi everyone. I'm translating a medical report for a right hemisphere stroke victim and this is the other term I can't seem to wrap my head around.
CONTEXT:

oculocephalic deviation to the right with left homonymous hemianopsia

This is a possibility, my findings:

Could be better ways of putting it but it's a complex question

right gaze deviation and left homonymous hemianopia
