Manifestaciones clínicas de uremia (confusión, náuseas y vómitos refractarios, prurito generalizado, etc. 2. Diurésis < 400 cc/día. 3. Hiperkaliemia > 7 y que no responde al tratamiento. 4. Pericarditis urémica. 5. Síndrome hepatorrenal. 6. Sobrecarga de fluidos intratable.
