Oggi il dott. Vittorio Montefusco ematologo presso ASST SANTI CARLO E PAOLO mi riferisce di un paziente
maschio di 73 anni fumatore che con DRd in 2L, 9 ciclo di terapia, ha avuto una polmonite che l’ha portato in
rianimazione. Ora il paziente è fuori dalla rianimazione e il medico sta rivalutando se proseguire la terapia con
Darzalex.
Il medico non ha fatto la segnalazione e non vuole essere ricontattato.

summa summarum 73-year-old male patient, smoker, administered daratumumab (D), lenalidomide (R), and dexamethasone (DRd) in second line [you may leave 2L leave as it is], 9th cycle of [chemo]therapy, affected by pneumonia in result of which he had been transferred to/admitted in ICU

Poor man. And they still want to continue the treatment?
