Quality of the technical implementation activities will be ensured through heavy use of automated tests (XSXX currently runs over 10,000 automated tests on every single commit and build), manual end to end testing but also through continuous logging, monitoring and feedback on the performance and reliability of each system as it goes live (and, before that, during internal testing).
In managing these iterative activities in each workstream, we will utilize the tried and tested scrum methodology.
