I'm pretty sure Slack could refer to a messaging app used by companies. I mention that because I use it for work. It's like a chat for teams and it can link to other apps like Google Calendar, Google Drive, Trello, etc.
So, I wouldn't translate the term at all. I hope this helps!

I think the translation would be "messages non lus sur Slack", but I don't work in French (my level is intermediate), so maybe it's just along those lines.

: Il s'agit ici de "messages" non lus et non pas de "threads". De plus "Slack" est une marque qui comme Skype, est en train de passer dans le langage courant (Slack me later!). C'est sans même parler de la lourdeur de cette solution.
