I would try to come up with something different to convey the idea rather than sticking slavishly to the original.

I would almost discard the German words and translate the concept - at least this communicates to me and you may disagree :)

This may be one of those cases where it's more important to figure out what people would say in that SITUATION in the target language rather than mirror the source term in a literal sense.

Although the element of regularity is relevant here, it is only used for ironic effect, not because the aspect of "clockwork" regularity is an indispensable part of the whole concept. Compare with example below:

"Arguably, one of the most anticipated events in the restaurant calendar, the famous red book brings with it a media circus that plays out with uncanny predictability." http://www.bighospitality.co.uk/Business/Guiding-principles

To me, all options below seem appropriate in this context - the first one is slightly more emphatic. In other contexts, they can also be used without denoting irony.

The company..

- has emerged from each crisis with with uncanny/eerie
predictability/remarkably unscathed

- has proved remarkably resilient/immune to crises

However you translated it into English, the heavy irony must jump at you.
To become inured to is often used ironically, and you could strengthen this effect by using something like "tiresome".
It is hardly surprising that Company xxx has become inured to crises, with their tendency to crop up with tiresome regularity (or one of the possibilities already suggested, e.g. predictability).
