Shut-down può essere varie cose: arresto, disattivazione, interruzione, spegnimento.
Non trovando riferimenti attendibili, propongo "bus di disattivazione".

premetto che non so come tradurre "bus" in questo contesto, ma visto che dice poi tra parentesi che la batteria viene rimossa, immagino che shut-down sia usato nel senso letterale di "spento", poi il termine piu' adatto dipende dalla traduzione di "bus" . Un tentativo.
