Elsewhere, I have read that pleural tag is a non-specific sign, i.e. can be seen in non-malignant lesions.

the extension of the lesion in a linear direction towards the pleural cavity. Perhaps just a descriptive term will do - I've seen "raccordement/raccord pleural" for example, or "raccordement linéaire" but not sure this corresponds exactly to "pleural tag"

agree Eric BILLY : there are different translation for "tag" in French, even as a "medical term", in this sentence, "liseré pleural" is probably the best one. It is always better to provide a large paragraph of text to determine the perfect meaning.
